Redefining Corporate Identity in the Urban Landscape

Completed in 2025, the new NetOne facility stands as a bold intervention in the Zambian streetscape. As experienced Zambia Commercial Architects, A4AC Architects sought to move beyond the traditional glass-box typology, creating a structure that physically embodies the digital nature of the client.

The design is defined by its dynamic, "pixelated" façade. A textured relief of protruding geometric blocks wraps the building's envelope, mimicking the flow of data and digital connectivity. Punctuated by NetOne’s signature red branding, this articulated skin not only reinforces brand identity but also provides self-shading against the Lusaka sun.

The building features softened, curvilinear corners that peel back from the street edge, creating a welcoming public interface rather than a rigid barrier. This project highlights our ability to deliver high-impact, brand-aligned commercial architecture across Southern Africa.
